Craft Alliance goes global

Our ethos has always been founded in experience, understanding, provenance, passion, and integrity.

With over 20 years of industry investment and involvement behind us, we pride ourselves on understanding the producers, the partners, and the consumers of our industry.

As we embark on a new year, we celebrate the launch of Craft Alliance Global.

Craft Alliance Global is a new strategic offering for existing clients in our portfolio, and a gripping new opportunity for Western Australian wineries to capitalise on.

The exceptional growth of our distinct portfolio over the past four years has catapulted Craft Alliance into a nationally recognised and regarded distributor and partner in market.

2024 now brings an exciting growth opportunity, as we amplify our Alliance members to the global stage.

Craft Alliance Co-Founder Lauren Cooper has been developing the Craft Alliance Global offering over the past six months and is delighted to share the news of the launch.

“The evolution of the global offering has been quite organic. Since establishing, we’ve supported a handful of clients with export activity, but the past six to twelve months has really proven to us that there is a hunger for more extensive export backing amongst a wider breadth of Western Australian producers,” said Lauren.

There’s no denying that as an industry, the China disruption was enormous. But the silver lining is that we have turned our attention to other international markets, and the reception has been incredibly warm.

En-Route to the 2024 Australia Trade Tasting in London as we publish this, Craft Alliance Co-Founder Dean Mitchell said he was thrilled to be back on the global stage and is feeling great about the export results already under Craft’s belt.

“This coming financial year we’ve got some solid activity planned for Singapore and the UK, and we are working closely with industry in exploring some new opportunities in Thailand, the Nordics, the USA, Hong Kong and South Korea – for a start. It is going to be a busy year – but we have built a tremendous team here at Craft – ready to drive us into this next chapter,” said Dean.

With upward of 15 wineries already on board for Global representation, were off to an invigorating start with Craft Alliance Global. Our FY2024/45 export strategy is packed with activity, and the team are looking forward to sharing the wines of our Alliance with the world.
