If there’s one wine, we have bragging rights to in Australia, it is Shiraz. It is synonymous with our industry here and makes up most of the oldest and most established vines we have.
Deliciously dark.
Full-bodied.
Age-worthy.
Some of today’s winemakers are taking the iconic varietal and making more modern expressions of it. Some stick to the truest and bluest bolshie iterations of our flagship Aussie red.
